Drinking Water!

Daily Drink At Least 3 Liters Of  Mineral Water & Especially Before Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Because If  You Drink Then You Will Eat Less Food Not Much  

Special Drink To Get Fit Faster!

To Be Fit Faster You will Need To Make A Special Drink So You Will Lose Weight Faster So For Making This Drink You will need:-

1- 5 Pieces Of Lemon 
2- 1 liter Of Water 

Now What You Need To Do Is To Cut Those Lemon In 2 Pieces & After It You've To Took Out The Water Of Lemon Drink The Water Of Lemon  But Do Not Throw The Peels Of  Lemon Put The Peels Of Lemon Into a 1 Liter Of Water & Boil The Water With Lemon Peels Boil Them Together & Once You Boil Them Put Them In a Jug & Then Your Drink Is Ready You Can Drink it As Hot Or Put It In A Fridge & Once It Get Cold You Can Drink It Keep Drinking This Drink For About 2 Weeks & After 2 Weeks You Will  See The Reaction But Do Not Stop Drinking Just Keep Drinking It For About 2  Months .


What To Eat In Breakfast!

I Suggest You Eat The Followings In Your Breakfast But 1st Thing 1st Drink a Cup Water If It Is Boiled Then It Will Be Better For You & Then Eat The Followings:-

1- Apple
2- Olives 
3- Cucumber
4- Tomato
5- Almonds 
6- If You Want To Drink Milk Then I Suggest You Drink Low Fat Milk 
7- Honey
8- Avoid Coffee 
9- Green Tea with Lemon + Mint  ( Add The Lemon & Mint In Tea & Drink It )
10- Last But Not The Least If You Want To Have Bread Then I Suggest You To Have The Black Bread I Don't Know What Is The Name Of That Black Bread So I Apologize 

Warning: - Do Not Eat All Of These You Can Make Your Time Table That What To Eat In Breakfast. But These Things Are Necessary To Eat In Breakfast e.g Apple, Olives, Almonds & Green Tea With Lemon & Mint.  


 What To Eat In Lunch and Dinner!

I Don't Know What You Usually Eat In Your Lunch & Dinner But I  Suggest You Don't Forget Drinking a Cup Of  Water Before The Meal & Eat Dinner 2 TO 3 Hour Before You Go To Bed  & If You Eat Ice Cream In Desert It Will Be Awesome. 

Note: - Avoid Different Kinds Of Soda & Coffee.Drink Only Water & Green Tea With Lemon & Mint Not Much. Don't Forget To Drink a Cup Of Water Before Every Meal & The Special Drink Which I Told You Guys In Part I of This Blog Called " Special Drink To Get Fit Faster "
